PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

In association with Endurance Zone

RULES

1) One entry per person or household is permitted in the promoter’s competitions and prize draws, unless otherwise stated. Each winner is eligible for one prize per winning entry.
2) On occasion, the promoter may substitute prizes for alternatives of equal or greater value at its discretion.
3) Winners of competitions and prize draws will be notified using the contact details provided. If reasonable efforts to contact a winner are unsuccessful, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4) No cash or alternative prizes are available, and prizes are non-transferable to another individual.
5) Winners agree, and shall ensure their guests agree, not to sell, offer to sell, or use any prize for commercial or promotional purposes, including reselling prizes via auction sites.
6) The promoter shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by winners beyond the prize offered (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or personal insurance).
7) In line with the Committees of Advertising Practice (CAP) Code, the promoter may publish or make available on request the winners’ names and locations. Winners may object to the publication of their details or request that limited information is published by informing the promoter via the relevant competition contact email. To obtain details of the competition outcome, participants may also contact the promoter.
8) The promoter may ask winners to provide a photograph of themselves with their prize for post-event publicity. If a photograph is provided, winners understand that their name and likeness may be used for promotional purposes without additional remuneration.
9) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of prizes.

TERMS

1) The following terms and conditions are subject to any alternative or specific terms set out by Endurance Zone on behalf of its client partners. In the event these terms conflict with any alternative or specific terms of the competition or draw being entered, the terms of the competition or draw will take precedence.
2) Endurance Zone (the promoter) administers competitions and prize draws on behalf of its client partners. These competitions are open to participants aged 18 or over. Eligibility criteria, including territorial restrictions, will be specified for each competition or prize draw. Employees of the promoter, its client partners, and their immediate families, as well as any individuals associated with the administration of the promotion, are excluded from entry. Proof of identity may be requested, and only entries from the person entering the competition will be accepted.
3) The promoter’s competitions and prize draws will run for a period specific to each competition or draw. These terms may be amended by the promoter at its absolute discretion.
4) No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, or applications automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. Incomplete, late, or illegible entries, or those not in accordance with the entry instructions, will not be accepted. The promoter takes no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, or delayed due to postal issues or computer transmission errors.
5) The decision of the promoter in all matters shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
6) If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
7) These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise stated. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
